As the world celebrates Super Mario here are some deals you can make use of to show your love to the little plumber

Mario Day comes round once a year on March 10 according to Nintendo. MAR10 Day, as it is called, is an unofficial holiday used for fans to celebrate their beloved video game hero Super Mario. Today you can celebrate in style by taking various outlets up on their offerings for the Mario Bros. with the mustache-eo. Zavvi are offering 30% off their Super Mario collection as well as a free gift with a purchase from this range.

Nintendo are also investing in their celebrations with a Nintendo eShop Sale in the UK (please check your current regions for localised sales). There are further savings as Nintendo are offering 35% on selected games for the birthday celebrations of Super Mario Bros. too. Luigi’s Mansion is also discounted, showing the much loved taller brother some affection too.

Super Mario Bros. 35 will soon be taken off sale

The big day also comes with an official reminder from Nintendo regarding the removal of a few games and items from their store, and physical shelves on March 31, 2021. The games are Super Mario Bros. 35, which is a digital-only battle-royale style game and Super Mario 3D All-Stars which was released both physically and digitally. The games were both limited releases and will not longer be sold after the end of March this year.

The other removals will be the anniversary edition of the Game & Watch: Super Mario Bros. handheld console and the Super Mario Bros. 35th Anniversary collection merchandising range. Perhaps these are the best items to try to pick up in celebration of MAR10 Day this year?
